3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹1,000.

  • For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will apply.

4. DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take an additional 2-4 business days.

5. COURIER PARTNERS

We collaborate with reliable courier services, such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

6. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • Use the tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

7. PACKAGING

  • All items are shipped in tamper-proof and damage-resistant packaging.

8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
